This page explains what ECC Management, LLC dba Ember Labs ("EmberLabs") collects when you use emberlabs.com and how to reach us about it. Contact: eyal@emberlabs.com.

If you submit the contact form, we store your name, company, email, message, project type, and how you heard about us. The request also records technical metadata: IP address, country, browser, referring URL, and language. We use this to reply, prevent abuse, and keep a record of the inquiry.

Inquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. We also send a copy of the message to the founder via Telegram so we can respond quickly. Cloudflare may process the request as our hosting and CDN provider. If analytics are enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregated traffic data without advertising cookies.

We keep inquiries as long as we need them to respond and run the studio. We do not sell this information. Email us to ask what we hold or to request deletion. We will not ignore a reasonable request from the person who submitted the form.

This site is operated from California. If a written engagement follows, production data access and retention are defined in that agreement, not by this page.
